Photobooth photos: email collection
If you enter your email address on the Photobooth page, we use it to send you the download link for your photo taken during the Festival.
- Data collected: email address, date and time of the request, preferred language.
- Legal basis: performance of the service you requested (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Retention: addresses are deleted within 90 days of sending the download link.
- Recipients: data is processed through our technical providers Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Resend (email delivery), acting as data processors.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or deletion of your address at any time by writing to bandacisternino@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
